Rap music today “was not the same from the beginning. It originated in the West African region affected by the praise and historical poetry of griots or djeli. This style of music was popular in the U.S. around 1970, but it was mentioned earlier as the rap disco.
This genus is sometimes considered synonymous with hip hop, but it is not true. It has deeply influenced hip hop music and its popularity has a backseat, however, underground genres are highly developed, such as pop rap is the previous version of hip-hop.
This style has many subgenres of rock as a result of mergers, core, pop, metal, opera and rap, underground rap, ragga, reggae-ton, etc. rap songs generally fall into one of these categories. However, the genera are enormous and often, some music just can not be limited to a single genus, as it has several elements.
rock rap is a fusion of different types of rock with elements of hip-hop, which was later introduced in the 90′s and was released this decade. Rap-core, usually confused with rap and rap-core metal is a subgenre of rap-rock hybrid with elements of punk rock, hip-hop or hardcore punk.
Conscious rap is so called because it is social issues. The lyrics of this music includes themes such as state and attitude of rap and hip-hop, religion, African American culture and daily life of its people. Often due to subtle but profoundly important issues, has been linked to controversy.

Rap lyrics can range between dreams and issues with materialism and crime. These lyrics are sung with a stream of different techniques to a musical accompaniment that rhyme. This music was brought up in different places with different styles, but this was not mutual exchange, rather than the rap battles took place to decide who is best among all.
